The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests to no imply guilt.

DWI

  • Misty J. Pifer, 30, 1113 Hidden Valley, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, speeding and driving while suspended.
  • Dawn M. Erklin, 34, 718 North St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and driving on wrong half of roadway.

Arrests

  • Emilie N. Statler, 34, and Kayla M. Lawrence, 23, both of Jackson, were arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Kristopher J. Sander, 24, of Oak Ridge and Tyler S. Stone, 23, of Jackson were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and tampering with a motor vehicle at 1535 Themis St.
  • Kevin R. Campbell, 32, 545 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a parole violation.
  • Jessie A. Stoffregen, 33, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Brandi Suzanne Adams, 27, 1101 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.
  • Timothy Aaron Keesee, 46, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.
  • Kaleb Dekwan Starnes, 17, 517 Amethyst St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for trespassing and for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Teresa Lanette Rivers, 34, 536 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation and on a Poplar Bluff, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses.

Summonses

  • Cheryl R. Wren, 53, 12 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for assault at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
  • Cynthia A. Cassout, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.
  • Valaerie C. Martin, no age given, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
  • Mansour A. Alhabawdal, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while revoked and no proof of insurance.
  • Samantha K. Hunter, no age given, of New Madrid, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
  • Taylor P. Barnes, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
  • Arthur E. Morgan, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

  • A push mower was reported stolen at 2222 Good Hope St.
  • A vehicle window was reported broken and a purse was reported stolen at 2910 Beavercreek Drive.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged and clothing, iPhone, earbuds and money were reported stolen at 1511 Whitener St.
  • The city of Cape Girardeau reported a stop-sign pole stolen at North Pacific and Bellevue streets.
  • Rims were reported stolen at 1287 Independence St.

Burglary

  • An air compressor, nailers and assorted tools were reported stolen at 315 Mill St.

Miscellaneous

  • Peace disturbance was reported.
