* Israel S. Williams, 27, 230 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
* Trenton G. Cockrum, 23, 1528 Water St., was arrested on two Franklin County warrants for failure to appear and escape failure reported to penal institution.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on law enforcement, indecent exposure and resisting arrest.
* Hannah L. Graham, 32, 20 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Markeila D. Williamson, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Miranda L. Unterreiner, no age given, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for following too closely.
* Ashley N. Heffner, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.
* Savanna J. Staples, no age given, no address given, was issued a summons for following to closely.
* Paige L. Kirn, no age given, 2506 Melrose Ave., was issued a summons for following too closely.
* Victoria L. Vetter, no age given, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons for failing to yield.

* Garrhett Dominic L. Bays, 19, of De Soto, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
