The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Frederick J. Brown Jr., 32, of Festus, Missouri, was arrested on a Pulaski County, Missouri, warrant for larceny, and a Festus warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
  • Brandon L. King, 28, 618 North St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Marlena D. Hale, 30, 426 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for fraud, and on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.

Summonses

  • Peggy S. Bond, 55, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for nuisance declared.
  • Kade N. Weaver, 17, of Scopus, Missouri, was issued a summons for vehicles and animals in park.
  • Dennis R. Evans, no age given, of Hillsboro, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
  • Kelvin L. Sanders, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for property damage.

Burglaries

  • An iPad, jewelry and miscellaneous items were reported stolen at 217 S. Louisiana Ave.
  • A TV and Xbox One was reported stolen at 922 Bloomfield St.

Assaults

  • Domestic assault was reported.
  • Assault was reported at Saint Francis Drive.
  • Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

  • Paint on siding was reported at the Red Cross office, 2430 Myra Drive.
