CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Rodney J. Harris, 37, 618 North St., was arrested at 3463 Armstrong Drive on four Cape Girardeau warrants for stealing, speeding, seat-belt violation and no insurance.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of making a false report and resisting/interfering with arrest.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
• Ashley D. Todaro, 27, 27 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, two counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked.

Summons

• Dorie L. White, 57, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for forgery.

Assault

• Assault, robbery, burglary and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

Thefts

• A license plate was reported stolen at 820 N. Sprigg St.
• A license plate was reported stolen at 920 N. Fountain St.
• Money was reported stolen at Lowe's, 3440 Lowes Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A 37-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• The city of Cape Girardeu reported trespassing at 1565 N. Kingshighway.
• A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 36-year-old man was taken into protecive custody.
• Violation of compulsory school attendance was reported.
