The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Paul Edward Miller, 22, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

* Anthony Demetris Branyon, 42, 1518 William St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Mancy Allen Morris, 48, 316 Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Kenneth Lanard Carter, 40, 908 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.

* Larry Dean Charles Warner Jr., 39, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Kristy Lynn Burton, 33, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Christopher Pierre Moore, 26, 2444 Lisa Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no proof of insurance and on a New Madrid County warrant for child neglect.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of domestic assault.

* Jordan D. White, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession.

Summonses

* Geoffrey M. Hanschen, 27, 226 Barberry St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Nina L. Egson, 31, 524 S. Middle St., received a summons for receiving stolen property.

* Larry J. Swan, 58, of Providence, R.I., received a summons for failure to maintain property.

Rape

* Forcible rape was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3030 Mimosa Drive.

* Money was reported stolen at 2042 Kevin St.

Property damage

* A vehicle's mirror was reported broken at 1805 Lakeshore Drive.

* A home's back door window was reported broken at 1906 Bloomfield St.

* A vehicle's quarter panel was reported damaged at 7 Village Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
