CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Jennifer Anne Hahn, 30, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A subject is in custody pending formal charges for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while license revoked, failure to maintain insurance and violation of ignition interlock restrictions.
• A subject is in custody pending formal charges for DWI and drinking an alcoholic beverage while operating a moving vehicle.
• Joseph Daniel Canoy, 32, of Sturdivant, Missouri, was arrested for stealing at 3439 William Street.

Summons

• Herman J. Eftink, no age given, of Oran, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely at U.S. 61 and Southern Expressway.
