DWIs

* Alexander M. Meury, 19, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Leslie E. Bond, 43, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Terrie L. Eaker, 27, 2784 Lynwood Hills Drive, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and without headlights.

* Mark A. Reed, 31, 1419 Elfrink Drive, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failing to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and with driving with one working headlight.

* Derrick T. Ressel, 24, of Kelso, Mo., was arrested on a Jasper County warrant for fraud.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of failing to register a motor vehicle and driving while license revoked.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of domestic assault, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Demarus P. Turner, 18, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Charleston warrant for contempt of court for stealing.

* Erica D. Robertson, 26, 1747 Whitener St., was arrested on a Festus, Mo., police department warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Amber Nichol Cunningham, 20, 193 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor visibly intoxicated.

* Marzel Davis, 52, 256 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of robbery and drug distribution.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Gregory M. Naeger, 33, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a state of Missouri warrant for a parole violation for burglary.

* Jonathan R. Allison, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Alan C. Aspley, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failing to appear in court.

* James S. Mizo, 52, of Jackson was arrested on a Butler County warrant for fraud.
