The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt:

DWIs

* Gary L. Harris, 53, 1202 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and driving while suspended.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.

Arrests

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Alanzo L. Morgan, 20, 1107 Merriwether St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Lee M. Jones, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohls, 315 Shirley Drive.

* William V. Cole III, 36, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of drug paraphernalia at Kohls, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Melvin J. Steward Jr., 27, 1215 College St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and theft.

* Chad A. Gornowich, 29, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Joseph D. Razor, 20, 220 S. West End Blvd., and David Jay Edwards, 18, 1411 N. Main St., were arrested and a 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Alyson Cae Watkins, 19, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for theft.

* Cameron J. Wade, 18, Darrion J. Carter, 18, Sumner K. Foster, 17, and Michael M. Hull, 18, all of Charleston, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Two 16-year-old boys and two 14-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Deon Turner, 42, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for an animal leash law violation.

* Irvetta G. Cort, 36, 1900 N. Kingshighway, was issued a summons for an animal leash law violation.

* Loren A. Ingle, no age given, 1710 N. Sprigg St., No. 408, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Jeffrey D. Krus, no age given, of Arnold, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Bruce A. Baker, 43, 2607 Prairie Lane, was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Xiaoyong A. O'Neal, 49, 535 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a Blu-ray player stolen.

* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
