The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Deontae J. Hatchett, 33, homeless, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
* Delores U. Spears, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on Saline County, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for driving while suspended, driving while revoked, speeding and no insurance.
* Daniel D. McBrant, 34, 601 Locust St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine.
* Tara L. Tesreau, 23, of Bonne Terre, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Kaytee L. Pierce, 21, 16 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court and on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Christopher E. Metcalf, 23, 1930 Delwin St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Jonnisha J. Bridges, 25, 313 N. Fountain St., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Steven D. Clark Jr., 30, 720 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked/suspended.
* Wendy D. Gadberry, 32, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing makeup, clothing and baby cups at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Jonathan M. Gephart, 27, 1005 N. Middle St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
* Lisa Marie Ray L. Smith, 28, 2039 Perryville Road, No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Wal-Mart, 3430 William St.
* Two 13-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing clothing and cosmetics at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
* Maurice Patterson, 43, 817 S. Pacific St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for twice failing to appear for nonsupport.
* Two 8-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
* Harold J. Bays, 45, 925 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for probation violation.
* Lonnie E. Cook Jr., 34, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Angela N. Reeves, 37, 1133 Cypress Court, was issued a summons for having an animal at large.
* Maurice L. Burns III, 21, 214 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for property damage.
* Dante L. Criddle, 22, 920 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
* Micaela L. Kassinger, no age given, 1872 Marietta St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain traffic lanes.
* Jamie L. Woodworth, no age given, of Sparta, Ill., was issued a summons for following too closely.
* Linda D. Loveless, no age given, 2712 Independence St., was issued a summons for no insurance and failure to yield.
* James A. Morris, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle and no insurance.
* Ricky D. Wofford, no age given, of Chester, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red signal.
* Assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Forcible rape was reported.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 227 S. Henderson Ave.
* Checks were reported stolen at 1907 Colonial Drive.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1510 Scott St.
* A 35-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Failure to drive on the right half of the road was reported.
* Violation of an order of protection was reported.
* A 34-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
