The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Matthew W. Knoderer, 34, 1337 Holley Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing a cordless phone at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Christopher J. Hicks-Berry, 27, 816 Themis St., No. 102, was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and three traffic offenses.

* Mariah L. Montgomery, 22, 1710 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

* Kedar E. Bland, 23, 927 Bloomfield St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for peace disturbance and failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on emergency personnel.

* Travis M. Craft, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges of assault.

* Alonzo L. Louis, no age given, 2839 Whitener St., No. 2, was issued a summons for driving an unlicensed vehicle and driving while suspended.

* Sandra K. Edwards, no age given, 1818 Bend Road, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Rebecca S. Heflin, no age given, of Flora, Ill., was issued a summons for following too closely.

* Amber D. Oliver, no age given, 405 McKenna Drive, was issued a summons for following too closely and no insurance.

* Antonio Garritano, no age given, 5725 Langholm Road, was issued a summons for no proof of insurance.

* Christian M. Hester, no age given, 1732 West Point Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Two orange traffic cones were reported stolen from the Cape Girardeau Police Department at Route K and Notre Dame Drive.

* A Samsung tablet was reported stolen at Rent-A-Center, 2136 William St.

Property damage

* Damage to the door and front quarter panel of a vehicle were reported at 801 Good Hope St.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 2839 Whitener St.

* Statutory rape and sodomy were reported.

* Assistance to another agency was reported.

* Indecent exposure was reported at 437 Louisiana Ave.

* Thirman D. White II, 41, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and domestic assault.

Arrests

* Tiffany N. Sadler, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* Christy L. McClain, 29, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault and domestic assault.

* Amy R. Kahl, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for forgery and probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* Jennifer L. Morton, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
