DWI

• Nicholas A, Heeb, 20, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and causing a motor vehicle accident.
• Shana L. Windisch, 41,of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Jessica E. Dohogne, 35, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant and on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Stephanie A. Norkus of Troy, Illinois, no age given, was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
