CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Assault

• Assault was reported in the 900 block of South Sprigg Street.

Thefts

• Shoplifting was reported at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• Shoplifting was reported at Walmart, 3439 William St.
• Shoplifting was reported at Save A Lot, 121 South Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

• Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no lighted lamps was reported at Broadway and North Park Avenue. Two suspects are in custody pending charges.
• Possession of a controlled substance, resisting/interfering with arrest and not driving within a single lan was reported at Olive Street and North Frederick Street. A suspect is in custody pending charges.
