  • Kaleb Starnes, 18, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing a motor vehicle.
  • Ivory Alexander, 32, no address given, was arrested on a probation/parole warrant for a parole violation for first-degree attempted robbery.

Thefts

  • Stealing was reported at 211 Bellevue St.
  • Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported at 311 West End Blvd.
