The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Hubert Bell, 39, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for false declaration.
• Juveniles were taken into custody on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• Kaleb Starnes, 18, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing a motor vehicle.
• Ivory Alexander, 32, no address given, was arrested on a probation/parole warrant for a parole violation for first-degree attempted robbery.

Thefts

• Stealing was reported at 211 Bellevue St.
• Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported at 311 West End Blvd.

Burglary

• Burglary and stealing were reported at 247 Clark Ave.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported at 2109 William St.
• Assault was reported in the area of Mill and North Fountain streets.
• Domestic assault was reported at 3018 Mimosa Drive.

Property damage

• Damage to a vehicle was reported at Dunklin Street and Clark Avenue.
• Damage to a vehicle was reported at West End Boulevard and Broadway.

Miscellaneous

• Request for service was reported.
• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
• Request for service was reported at 136 S. Lorimier St.
• Violation on an order of protection was reported.
• Failure to return to confinement was reported.
• Endangering the welfare of a child was reported at 1020 Kingsway Drive.
• Request for service was reported at 1717 Montgomery St.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at William Street and Interstate 55.
• A person was taken into protective custody.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 2800 Whitener St. and Pind Wood Lane.
