The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Samanta D. Osborne, 18, of Benton, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Megan R. Baker, 21, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing jewelry from Claire's Boutique, 3049 William St.

* A juvenile, age unknown, was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported BB guns and BBs stolen. Two juveniles were taken into custody.

* Spencer's Gifts, 3049 William St., reported a wallet stolen. A juvenile was taken into custody.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 113 Broadway.

* A DVD player, money and checkbooks were reported stolen at 814 N. Missouri Street.

* Tools were reported stolen at 1420 Pemiscot Street.

* A television and firearms were reported stolen at 1751 Luce Street.

* Credit cards, identification and a wallet was reported stolen at 701 N. Main St.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 146 S. Benton. A cell phone was also reported stolen.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 100 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* A 41-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
