The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* John A. Wollenburg, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests

* Arnold G. Carlisle, 51, 212 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Samantha A. Waters, 29, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.

* Eddie R. Moore, 49, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

* Robert B. Lowe, 31, of Scott City was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.

* Matthew J. Hoffmeister, 23, of Jackson was arrested on Webster County warrants for failure to appear and Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.

* Two boys were taken into custody on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana and stealing.

* Chantelle L. Carlisle, 36, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

Summons

* Charles E. Brand, 78, of Kelso, Mo., received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft were reported at 3265 William St.

Thefts

* A microwave was reported stolen at 103 S. Park St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A checkbook was reported stolen at 811 S. Ellis St.

* A laptop, cable chords, iPhone and movies were reported stolen at 1725 David St.

Property damage

* Damage to tires on a vehicle was reported at 1003 William St.

* Damage to a mirror on a vehicle was reported at 889 N. Kingshighway.

* Damage to copper pipes was reported at 3019 Aspen Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

* Forgery was reported.

* A 21-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
