* Richard B. Fadung, 43, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, speeding and no insurance.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine precursors and possession of epheprine.
* Amie R. Sellers, 31, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for theft.
* Rachael R. Dickens, 20, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Anthony M. Ramirez, 20, homeless, was arrested on a Pike County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* Janice F. Walton, 43, of 2830 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* James L. Lafrentres, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating an unlicensed vehicle.
* Dru N. Haertling, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close, and Jennifer N. Curry, no age given, of New York, was issued a summons for an improper left turn.
* Erik N. Rhines, no age given, of Belleville, Ill., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Gregory V. Johnson Jr., no age given, 905 Perry Ave., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Domestic assault was reported.

* Burglary and theft were reported at 912 Forest Ave.
* Theft of a wallet was reported at 2145 Independence St.
* Theft of a cellphone was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
* Tampering was reported at 205 N. Sunset Blvd.
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported counterfeiting.

* A 38-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
