The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Tearmond L. Wade, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license and failure to signal.

* Mitchell B. Dozier, 30, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for excessive blood alcohol content.

* Zachary J. Durham, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Vickie L. Proffer, 56, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for driving while revoked.

* Jon C. Calvert, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Rodney J. Harris, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* David M. Moore, 38, of Delta was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Tommy E. Kilburn, Jr., 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* John J. Hunze, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Benjamin B. Harrison Sr., 38, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of producing a controlled substance.
