The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrest

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of damaging a roof and porch at 2700 Pioneer Drive.

Summonses

• Taron S. Divens, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
• Stephen M. Dunn, 21, of Millersville was issued a summons for assault.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary and theft of prescriptions were reported at Park Pharmacy Discount, 37 Doctors' Park Drive.

Thefts

• Jewelry was reported stolen at 501 N. Silver Springs Road.
• Clothing and jewelry were reported stolen at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• A central air-conditioning unit was reported stolen at 433 S. Hanover St.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 60 S. Kingshighway.
• A board was reported damaged at 1121 S. Ellis St.
• A glass window was reported damaged at 1931 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• Violation of an order of protection was reported.
