The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Matthew W. Knoderer, 34, 1337 Holly Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Malynda T. Siebert, 33, 1565 Trenton Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, forgery and making a false report.

* Kedar E. Bland, 23, 927 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of false declaration, failure to display plates and no insurance and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Robert G. Wade, 54, 1032 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute.

* Lee D. Davis, 23, 405 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a warrant.

* Jonathan D. Lehmann, 22, 1124 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Zechariah L. James, 35, 304 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau probation warrant for probation violation.

* Freddie L. Dunkins, 30, 525 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Charles E. Depauw, 30, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Jeffery L. Nelson, 22, 1323 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Gregory A. Bartholomew, 48, 351 Shady Brook Drive, was issued a summons for drug paraphernalia.

* Zachary A. Howard, 19, 1419 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to drive on right half of roadway.

* William H. Bollinger, no age given, 1224 Linden St., was issued a summons for no insurance.

* Joseph W. Lee, no age given, of Advance, Mo., was issued a summons for improper turn.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.

* A Dell laptop computer, a TI-64 calculator and a backpack were reported stolen at J Dormitory.
