Arrests

* Candece A. Farver, 25, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for a probation violation for careless and imprudent driving.

* Donna S. Pobst, 44, 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 87, was arrested on a warrant.

* Joel N. Mills, 48, 330 N. Pacific St., was arrested on a Taney County, Mo., warrant for passing bad checks.

* Brandon D. Tipler, 30, 125 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for child neglect.

* Donald W. Jacques, 26, 3019 Aspen Drive, was arrested on a Pennington County, S. D., warrant for two counts of aggregated grand theft and aggregated grand theft by receiving stolen property.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.

* William T. Harris, 32, 612 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear.

* Jessi A. Logan Jr., 25, 647 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.

* Dennis W. Collins Jr., 22, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on an Illinois State Police warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses.

Summonses

* Spencer C. Lovig, 18, 2117 Nottingham Lane, received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Hannah L. Graham, 29, 210 S. Hanover St., No. 6, received a summons for stealing.

* Ryan J. Mercer, 22, 1325 Dunklin St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

* Joseph D. Highfill, 29, 1072 Linden St., No. 6, received a summons for possession of marijuana.

Thefts

* Money, a carton of cigarettes and an air pump were reported stolen at 123 N. Sunset Blvd.

* A pop-up trailer was reported stolen at 555 S. Benton St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 1354 N. Mount Auburn Road.

* Huck Auto Sales, 1803 N. Kingshighway, reported a motor vehicle theft.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* An elephant statue was reported stolen at 10 Rivercrest Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 52-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported a television and stand and three computers not returned.

* A 37-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Tampering with a witness and aggravated stalking were reported.

* A 35-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 21-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
