The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Two 16-year-old girls were taken into custody for a peace disturbance.
* Steven R. Hanks, 40, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Scott City warrant.
* Willis Lee Williams, 40, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for indecent exposure.
* Bryan R. Upson, 26, of St. Charles, Mo., received a summons for an open container.
* William T. Wiggins, 30, 120 S. Russell Ave., received a summons for trespassing.
* Glennon P. Frigerio, 22, 237 N. Ellis St., received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* An assault was reported.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 709 Broadway.
* Money and a gift card were reported stolen at 181 E. Plaza Way.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A burglary was reported at 112 N. West End Blvd. A subject was in custody pending formal charges.
* A 13-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of burglary.
* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
