- Aschlei Goetz, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
Thefts
- Theft was reported at 937 Broadway.
- Theft was reported at 1625 Bloomfield Road.
Miscellaneous
- Possession of a controlled substance was reported at 203 Franks Lane. A suspect is in custody pending charges.
- Delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to display headlamps was reported on Independence Street. A suspect is in custody pending charges.
