DWI

• Zachariah T. Nelms, 24, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Ahmed Althawadi, 21, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Carlos Bingham, 18, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
• Sarah Boerboom, 17, no address given, was arrested and then released on a summons on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
• Joseph Dewayne Razor Jr., 20, 212 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and for stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.
• Fredrica Y. Trawick, 52, 511 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, tampering and resisting arrest.
