The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Ashley M. Underwood, 22, 1157 Landgraf Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane of traffic.

Arrests

* Jessie J. Boyer, 21, 1121 Good Hope St., and Jennifer L. Morton, 25, of Jackson were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Eric W. Armstrong, 25, 2831 Whitener St., No. 11, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and property damage.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Brittany D. Purl, 37, 1022 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for a suspended operator's license.

* Daniel M. Lawrence, 33, 622 Bellevue St., Apt. F, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 2532 Tulip Lane.

Theft

* A Social Security card and money were reported stolen at 2400 Veterans Memorial and Scenic drives.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported clothing stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 12-year-old boy was taken into protective custody.
