Arrests

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Two juvenile girls, ages 13 and 14, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* Leon C. Wilder, 27, 807 Perry Ave., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for child endangerment.

* Trevon D. Starnes, 17, 106 Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* Jacob D. Jungers, 19, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Rosie L. Jackson, 32, 419 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Richard D. Ozment, 23, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for a parole violation.

* Christy D. Graham, 34, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Lugenes Dodds Jr., 20, 909 Hackberry St., was arrested on suspicion of refusal to disperse.

* Joe D. Coulter, 33, of West Franklin, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Jeremy A. Bourland, 29, 1004 Good Hope St., received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Jitwan K.L. Mims, 17, 536 S. Pacific St., received a summons for resisting lawful detention.

* Dionte M. Anderson, 18, 536 S. Pacific St., received a summons for resisting lawful detention.

* Breanna N. Miner, 17, 702 Louis St., received a summons for an animal leash law violation.

* Two laptop computers and DJ equipment were reported stolen at 623 Sycamore Circle.

* Money was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* Phillips 66, 3276 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* A credit/debit card and iPod touch were reported stolen at 1747 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

* A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 39-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
