The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Glenn O. Howson, 23, of St. Louis was arrested on a Warren County warrant for driving while revoked.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Terrance S. Howard, 18, 121 E. Rodney St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Megan V. Nierman, 23, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
* Latosha I. Nance, 23, 449 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court.
* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of prohibited acts of noise.
* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of second-degree assault.
* Kevin M. Edwards, 22, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for a probation violation.
* Joe W. Brand, 26, 1523 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
* Justin T. Craft, 22, 1621 Oak Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
* Bradley E. Eyler, 27, 3008 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Joshua A. Locke, 25, 1504 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Andrew R. Mclendon, 26, 408 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* David M. Purkey, 21, 1814 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of theft and property damage.
* Gregory L. Bailey, 19, 1024 William St., was arrested on suspicion of theft and property damage.
* Kenneth T. Harris, 30, 1110 William St., was arrested on Malden, Mo., warrants for contempt of court, failure to comply with cash-only bond and a probation violation; Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and a revoked operator's license; and Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for trespassing, failure to appear for a no license and failure to appear for a peace disturbance; and on suspicion of a false declaration.
* Leander West Jr., 22, 1007 Locust St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Tyrance D. Hill, 34, 1116 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance and assault.
* Freddie C. Banks, 37, 701 Broadway, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for speeding and a Sikeston wrrant for contempt of court for driving while suspended.
Summonses
* Francine Melvinajeanne Ford, 30, 526 Cape Meadows Circle, received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.
* Kim Luebbers, 52, 1121 Good Hope St., received a summons for theft.
* Billy J. McGee, 38, 1437 N. Main St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.
Assault
* A second-degree domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* Electronic goods were reported stolen at 317 S. Louisiana Ave.
* A lawn mower and furniture were reported stolen at 1223 Perryville Road.
* Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported food and drinks stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A cell phone was reported stolen on 902 Jefferson Ave.
* A Wii and Wii games were reported stolen at 320 N. West End Blvd.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
Burglary
* An attempted burglary was reported at 101 S. Lorimier St.
Miscellaneous
* Identity theft was reported.
