CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Troy G. Bond, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons at U.S. 61 and Bessie Street for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving a commercial vehicle while revoked and failure to stop at a stop sign at 449 S. Kingshighway.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing at 316 Independence St.
• Brandon T. Coleman, 23, 1205 Jefferson Ave., was arrested at Broadway and North Main Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Michael O. McKnight, 37, of New Hamburg, Missouri, was arrested at Kurre Lane and North Kingshighway on a warrant.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance at 930 Walnut St.

Summonses

• Christopher T. Sample, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance at 1430 Independence St.
• Kelly Stinson-Bramlett, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for assault at 1580 Grandview Drive.
• Jamie Ritter, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing personal hygiene products and clothing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Assaults

• Assault and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported in the 3200 block of Chateau Drive.
• Assault was reported at 426 S. Pacific St.
• Domestic assault was reported in the 1400 block of Brookshire Road.
• Assault was reported in the 900 block of North Fountain Street.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported at 534 N. Fountain St.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at 1005 N. Middle St.
• Walmart, 3439 William St., reported shoplifting.
• Walmart, 3439 William St., reported stealing.
• The City of Cape Girardeau reported stealing at 2855 Whitener St.
• Stealing was reported at 619 Sycamore Circle.
• Stealing was reported at 3019 Aspen Drive.
• Theft was reported at 547 Olive St.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 510 West End Blvd.
• Property damage was reported.

Miscellaneous

• Forgery was reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.
• Child abuse and endangering the welfare of a child were reported in the 900 block of Pacific Street.
• Request for service was reported at 520 S. Minnesota Ave.
• A 53-year-old man was taken into protective custody in the 1400 block of David Street.
• Assist other agency was reported at Morgan Oak and South Fountain streets.
• Identity theft was reported at 1900 N. Kingshighway.
• Detention/conveyance of a mentally-disordered person was reported at 719 William St.
• Justice, 3049 William St., reported counterfeiting.
