CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Luigi G. Mastropierro, 39, 1934 Delwin St., Apt. 5, was arrested at 1017 Harmony St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
• Christina M. Ward, 32, 451 N. Frederick St., was arrested at 451 N. Frederick St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for operating a vehicle with vision-reducing material.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a forging instrument at 3463 Armstrong Drive.
• Heather D. Dieffenbach, 23, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation offense for property damage.
• Thomas T. Parker III, 23, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Joseph P. Cissell Jr., 31, 1329 N. Missouri Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no seat belt and failure to appear for improper registration.
• James D. Cannon, 34, 914 Jefferson Ave., was arrested at 914 Jefferson Ave. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.
• Bernadette D. Bland-Mans-field, 41, 927 Bloomfield St., was arrested at Shawnee Parkway and South Sprigg Street on a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for traffic.
• Latora N. Mackins, 35, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested at Independence and North Frederick streets on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for larceny.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, driving while revoked, no insurance and expired registration.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of speeding at 546 S. Sprigg St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance at 120 N. Main St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault at 1448 N. Kingshighway.
• Cletis Davis Jr., no age given, of Scott City was arrested at 1325 Broadway on suspicion of assault.
• Alley McDermont, no age given, Towers Circle No. 609, was arrested at Independence and South Main streets on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Taurice L. Mallory, no age given, 2824 Whitener St., was arrested at 2834 Whitener St. on suspicion of resisting arrest.
• Christopher A. Lincoln, no age given, of Millersville was arrested on a warrant.

Summonses

• Robert A. Ward, 47, of Kennett, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing jewelry at Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 Saint Francis Drive.
• Richard A. Lemons, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons at Independence and Hanover streets for animal leash law.
