The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brandon W. Grotha Jr., 21, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Meagan R. Audrian, 24, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of charges of trespassing.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of burglary.

* Terrell A. Beasley, 23, 623 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 3, was arrested on a New Madrid County, Mo., warrant for probation violation for child neglect.

* Ombreis D. Watson, 18, 710 Morgan Oak St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, no insurance, two counts of passing violation, no signal, two counts of a stop sign violation, failure to maintain the right half of the roadway, speeding, careless and imprudent driving and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Shauntel L. Roberts, 24, 208 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for distributing cocaine, two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for property damage and failure to appear for obstructing the judicial process.

* Pierce L. Mason, 34, 1340 E. Ridgeview Drive, was arrested on two Jefferson County, Mo., warrants for probation violation, a Missouri State warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* Paul E. Miller, 55, 2819 Whitner St., Apt. A-2, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of a false declaration.

* Robert T.R. King, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Abigail K. Funderburk, 18, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for theft.

Summonses

* Jon C. Calvert, no age given, 172 A Street, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Brenda S. White, no age given, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Jennifer R. Crum, no age given of Centralia, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Dylan M. Smith, no age given, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red light.

* Joseph M. Scruggs, 1537 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to yield, driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

* John Wayne Cory, 40, of Scott City was issued a summons for prohibited acts/noises and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Southern Bi State Oil Co., 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Theft of a bicycle was reported at 1300 Broadway.

* Amerimart, 1329 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported beef jerky stolen.

* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 2819 Whitener St.

* Theft of an iPhone and wallet was reported at 1124 Themis St.

* Theft of money was reported at 2852 Independence St.

Property damage

* L & H Group, 121 East Rodney Drive, Apt. F3, reported damage to a sliding-glass door.

* Damage to windows on a vehicle was reported at 912 Elm St.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with custody was reported.

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Request for service was reported.

* Tampering with a victim or witness was reported.

* A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 38-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A runaway juvenile was reported and later located.

* Interference with custody was reported.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items.
