The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Jesse J. Maxwell, Jr., 28, of Ullin, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for not wearing a seat belt and driving while revoked.
* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
* Shawna L. Howell, 26, 822 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Perry County, Mo., warrant for distribution of marijuana.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
* Terry E. Moore, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operator's license.
* Scott T. Wigand, 58, of Jasper, Ind., received a summons for brush pile on property and failure to maintain property free of weeds.
* Tiwanda M. Donahue, 57, 521 Asher St., received a summons for indecent exposure.
* A burglary, the theft of money and medication and damage to a window were reported at 2984 County Road 620 and Boutin Road.
* U Kwick Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported a burglary and damage to a glass door.
* Outdoor furniture was reported stolen at 117 Edgewood Road.
* A check was reported stolen at 1914 Sherwood Drive.
* Batteries were reported stolen at 3026 William St.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* The theft of a 2009 Yamaha motorcycle and property damage were reported at 1011 William St.
* Medicap Pharmacy, 1020 N. Kingshighway, reported damage to a drive-thru window.
* Harassment was reported.
