Arrests

* Sola Depree, 48, 128 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Shannon D. James, 40, 621 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

* Laura A. Burton, 40, 2812 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Lauren C. Mitchell, 18, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jennifer K. Busby, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from J.C. Penney.

* Shaqwana S. Shelby, 18, 446 Bertling St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Eric M. Benson, 21, 315 Mason St., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear in court for possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Clarence E. Geiger III, 20, 103 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 203, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Walter D. Combs, 41, 1823 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Union County warrant for failure to appear in court for driving while intoxicated.

* Derrell T. Davis, 40, unknown address, was arrested on a warrant for a parole violation.

* Anthony J. Barton, 20, 119 N. Ellis St., Apt. A, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.

Summonses

* Darrell R. D. Porter, 26, 2920 Perryville Road, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Aja Aaron Reutzel, 22, 405 S. Louisiana Ave., received a summons for harassing phone calls.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A second-degree domestic assault and property damage were reported.

* A first-degree assault and armed criminal action were reported at North and North Pacific streets.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A 2006 orange-and-white Ford truck with Arizona license plates was reported stolen by U-Haul at 740 S. Kingshighway.

* A computer battery and stereo speakers were reported stolen at 514 Middle St.

* Rhodes 101 at 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101 at 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A wallet, credit cards and ID were reported stolen at 501 N. Silver Springs Road.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 810 Illinois St.

* Schnucks reported a theft of alcohol. A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident.

* A GPS unit and radar detector were reported stolen at 1891 El Rio Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1524 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Identity theft was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary and stealing were reported.

Miscellaneous

* Sexual misconduct was reported.

* A 28-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Harassing phone calls were reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg St., reported a counterfeit $10 bill.

* Harassment was reported.
