CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jordan L. Knuckles, 26, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for probation violation for obstruction and a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
• Coleen A. Lewis, 44, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of domestic abuse.
• Brian P. Haynes, 30, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault.
• A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway juvenile.
• Julious A. Meyers, 52, of Oak Ridge was arrested at Interstate 55 and North Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau warrant for expired license plates.
• Joseph E. Tolbert, 57, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Bridget Rommell Terrell, 28 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Jefferson County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
• Kelsey Anne Buckner, 18, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of intoxicants at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Breanna Marie Ketchum, 17, of Morley, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of intoxicants at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of DWI and driving while revoked.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

• Michelle L. Jones-Grigsby, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for expired plates and not having insurance.
• Eirgie Allen, 45, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
• Aaron S. Laughlin, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia, not having a tail light and driving while revoked.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary and the theft of jewelry was reported at 1339 Copper Drive.

Thefts

• Medication and money were reported stolen.
• A Chevrolet pickup truck was reported stolen at 2004 Dunklin St.
• A purse and its contents were reported stolen and property damage were reported at 3 Village Drive.
• A gun and audio cord were reported stolen at 622 Bellevue St.
• Jewelry and electronics were reported stolen at 525 Cape Meadows Circle.
• A 2003 gray Chevrolet Tahoe was reported stolen at Broadway and Sprigg Street.
• An iPhone was reported stolen at 835 S. West End Blvd.
• A license plate was reported stolen at 1536 E. Riverside Drive.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 2813 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

• A 29-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
• Harassement was reported.
• Child abuse was reported.
• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
• Request for service was reported.
• Trespassing was reported at 1124 S. Ellis St.
• A warrant was applied for on suspicion of misusing 911.
