CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Jordan L. Knuckles, 26, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for probation violation for obstruction and a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
- Coleen A. Lewis, 44, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of domestic abuse.
- Brian P. Haynes, 30, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault.
- A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway juvenile.
- Julious A. Meyers, 52, of Oak Ridge was arrested at Interstate 55 and North Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau warrant for expired license plates.
- Joseph E. Tolbert, 57, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Bridget Rommell Terrell, 28 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Jefferson County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
- Kelsey Anne Buckner, 18, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of intoxicants at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Breanna Marie Ketchum, 17, of Morley, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of intoxicants at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of DWI and driving while revoked.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Summonses
- Michelle L. Jones-Grigsby, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for expired plates and not having insurance.
- Eirgie Allen, 45, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
- Aaron S. Laughlin, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia, not having a tail light and driving while revoked.
