The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• A 15-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court for assault.
• Jeromiah A. Trankle, 37, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Family Video, 1330 Broadway.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• Caryn L. Roslen, 30, 621 Whitelaw Ave., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to appear.
• Aaron A. Wagoner, 31, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.
• Janel L. Johnson, 24, 9 Village Drive, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Summonses

• Evan Unterreiner, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failing to yield.
• Laura Holloway, 50, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
• Kailey B. Goodman, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

Thefts

• Stealing and forgery were reported at 429 N. Frederick St.
• Identity theft was reported.

• Cash and a debit card were reported stolen at 2382 Themis St.
• A Samsung Galaxy tablet was reported stolen at 716 N. Sprigg St.

• A cellphone and medication were reported stolen at 2564 Lisa Drive.

Property damage

• A hotel room and phone were damaged at 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.
