The Cape Girardeau Police Department release the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Tyler Jacob Michelson, 20, of Kirkwood, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, being a minor in possession of alcohol, no proof of insurance and improper lane usage.

Arrests

* Travis Scott Self, 23, 1528 New Madrid St., was arrested on Cass County, Mo., warrants for failure to stay on roadway and seat-belt violation.

* Tyangela Kevonn Gibson, 20, 126 Cardinal Lane, was arrested on suspicion of filing a false report.

* Jameka Camille Marr, 20, 126 Cardinal Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Jeffery Dale Murry, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Leah Dawn Leimer, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Tyson Kyle King, 36, 2052 Stevens Drive, was arrested on three Boulder, Colo., warrants for contempt of court on three counts of failure to comply.

* Amy Jo Stoffregen, 33, 635 Charles St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for violation of peace disturbance and on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for fraud, insufficient funds.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Molly A. Pate, no age given, 1510 Rand St., was issued a summons for striking a parked vehicle and failure to maintain a single lane of traffic.

* Tara R. Rucker, no age given, 1015 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for improper backing.

* Amanda R. Kennedy, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.

* Lisa M. Shelton, 41, of Jackson was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Reed M. Thomas, no age given, 3802 Valley View, was issued a summons for following too close.

* David C. Kirn, 1437 N. Water St., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

Thefts

* A Tablet computer was reported stolen at 2026 Montgomery St.

* River City Health Clinic, 224 N. Frederick St., reported shelving units stolen.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a cellphone stolen.

* Medication was reported stolen at 125 Clark Ave.

* A package was reported stolen at 1822 Sherwood Drive.

Burglaries

* Burglary and the theft of a grill were reported at 1546 N. Henderson Ave.

* Burglary and the theft of televisions were reported at 2700 Pioneer Drive.

Property damage

* Charter Communications reported cable wires damaged at 212 S. Lorimier St.

* Property damage and stalking were reported.

* A baby stroller and a door were reported damaged at 709 North Street.

* Hartle Properties of Jackson reported an exterior wall damaged at 533 Cape Meadows Circle.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault, burglary and the theft of money and cigarettes were reported at 13 N. Fountain St.

Miscellaneous

* A suspect was released pending charges of violation of order of protection.

* Fraudulent stop payment on check was reported.

* Service was requested.
