The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Gregory Alan Winchester, 43, of Valley Park, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, improper registration, no proof of insurance and failure to maintain single lane.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of two counts of leaving the scene, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, no proof of insurance, two counts of failure to stop for a stop sign, careless and imprudent driving, speeding, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no signal, improper passing, resisting arrest by fleeing and driving while suspended.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing Nintendo and Xbox games and box cutters at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Kaleb J. Fornkohl, 17, 11 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Jameel C. Thomas, 23, 1238 College St., was arrested on a Collin County, Texas, warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Jamie N. Wheeler, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Kelly R. Gause, 30, 620 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for failure to maintain a property free of litter.

* Patricia Stahly, 48, 610 Highland Drive, was issued a summons for animal leash required.

Burglary

* Burglary and the theft of a laptop computer were reported at 333 N. Frederick St.

Thefts

* Theft of an iPhone was reported at 3419 William St.

* Theft of money was reported at 229 N. Henderson Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 1621 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Theft and unlawful use of a debit device were reported.

Property damage

* Car Title Loans, 605 N. Kingshighway, reported damage to a vehicle window.

Miscellaneous

* A 27-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A peace disturbance was reported at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
