The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Charles W. Miller, 38, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

* Augustin A. Loya, 21, 1020 Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Sarah A. Johnson, 21, and Brittany L. Kohne, 21, both of 716 Broadway, were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of endangering the welfare of a child.

* Jennifer A. Fowlkes, 26, Mount Auburn Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summonses

* Derrick T. Ressel, 25, 1107 Merriwether St., received a summons for a noise violation and no insurance.

* Shawna K. Brawley, 19, of Perryville, Mo., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Zachariah D. Sutton, 18, 2535 Masters Drive, received a summons for shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Assault

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary and the theft of a television were reported at 1018 S. Ellis St.

* A burglary and damage to a window screen were reported at 1726 Themis St.

* A burglary and the theft of cellphones and money orders were reported at 1938 Benjamin Court.
