DWIs

* Neil Richard Urhahn, 32, 3033 Boutin Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Ernst Karl Warren, 33, 1031 W. Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Andrew Michael Thompson, 23, 735 Watkins Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Joshua Seth Fitzpatrick, 31, 2613 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Patricia Marie Baker, 59, 3038 Westfield Drive, No. 115, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 210 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Phyllis Jane Matheson, 26, 3038 Westfield Drive, No. 115, was arrested on suspicion of 210 S. Silver Springs Road.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of failure to register as a sex offender.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault and domestic assault.

* Douglas Earl Quebedeaux, 19, of Odessa, Texas, was arrested on a warrant.

* A 12-year-old was cited into juvenile court for unlawful use of a weapon on Cape Meadows Circle.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* An iPhone4 was reported stolen at 3069 William St.

* Diamond earrings and a watch were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* Shell Dmart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle's window was reported broken at 1408 N. Main St.

* A 37-year-old man was placed into protective custody.

* Tyrone E. Wade, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and failure to display license plates.

* Dericka S. Chronister, 17, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

* David M. Rogers, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Mark A. Gardner, 41, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.

* Dwaun T. Thiele, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of first-degree burglary, second-degree property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.
