The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Tyler J. Yeargain, 22, 2913 Parkwest Heights, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, no operator's license and no proof of insurance.

* Nicole L. Alvarez, 34, 319 N. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, no proof of insurance and failure to maintain single lane.

Arrests

* Ricky L. Jones, 25, of Ellsinore, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.

* Rosie L. Jackson, 32, 419 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Brandon D. Tipler, 30, 125 N. Clark Ave., No. 2, was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for child neglect.

* Lavanne L. Harley, 27, 423 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for identity theft.

* James R. Crane Jr., 23, 1531 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting/interfering with arrest, assault on a law enforcement officer and trespassing.

* Donald W. Jacques, 26, 3019 Aspen St., No. 7, was arrested on a South Dakota warrant for stealing.

* Cathy R. Jacques, 27, 3019 Aspen St., No. 7, was arrested on a South Dakota warrant for aggravated grand theft.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, distribution/delivery/production or attempt to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance and unlawful use of a drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Brooks J. Sides, 31, 2421 Windy Hill Lane, received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Chris K. Criddle, 17, 121 East Rodney St., received a summons for being a minor in possession.

* Markei D.E. Johnson, 17, 1015 Bloomfield Road, received a summons for being a minor in possession/possession of a controlled substance.

* Brian L. Cayce, 43, of St. Louis received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 505 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* A 51-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
