The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Andrew H. Lamanna, 43, of Memphis, Tennessee, was arrested at South West End Boulevard and Shawnee Parkway on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Michelle L. Linley, 45, of East Prairie, Missouri, was arrested at 606 S. Kingshighway on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of a drug violation at 121 S. Sprigg St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of property damage at 1205 Butler St.
  • Michael S. Cruz, 38, homeless, was arrested at 1101 Good Hope St. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of burglary tools.

Summonses

  • Michael Pryor, 63, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for an animal at large in the 2900 block of Bella Vista Drive.
  • Christopher G. Davie, 43, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law violation.

Thefts

  • Theft was reported at 1224 Bloomfield St.
  • Stealing from vending machines was reported at 3049 William St.
  • Boulder Construction reported stealing at Kage and Mount Auburn roads.
  • Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 1857 Rusmar St.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 600 N. Fountain St.
  • A door frame was reported damaged at 121 East Rodney Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • Identity theft was reported.
  • Request for service was reported at 210 S. Hanover St.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 2843 Whitener St.
  • Failure to return to confinement was reported at 2530 Maria Louise Lane.
  • Jimmy John's, 1800 Broadway, reported counterfeiting.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon and property damage was reported at 38 N. Hanover St.
