  • Joannie Jenine Smith, 41, 934 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for obedience to police officer.
  • John Wayne Allen, 49, of Decatur, Illinois, was arrested on a DeSoto County, Mississippi, warrant for obstructing a court order.
  • Monique Nicole Thomas, 37, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license and a seat-belt violation.
  • Diana Jean Hale, 30, 915 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 425 S. Mount Auburn Road.
  • Lela V. Nalley, 37, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

  • Dominick E. Waltz, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too close and no license plates.
  • Altayyari Noor Mohammed, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no proof of insurance.
