The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* John E. Heisserer, 26, 1198 Wolf Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Bradley W. Pulliam, 21, of Pocahontas was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and no insurance.
* Phillip D. Howards, 23, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for theft.
* Jordan D. White, 21, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and property damage.
* Joshua A. Langley, 19, 1210 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and resisting arrest.
* Deangelo R. Huffman, 47, 2849 Themis St., Apt. B6, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, and arrested on two Pemiscot County, Mo., warrants for driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance.
* Joseph M.T. Scruggs, 17, 111 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on an Illinois state warrant.
* Charles L. Stokes, 53, 636 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* An 11-year-old boy and a 10-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of damaging windows at 1712 Woodlawn Ave.
* Jerod A. Gann, 28, homeless, was arrested on a Pulaski County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for burglary.
* Donna K. Tucker, no age given, 2857 Hemlock Court, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Wilson H. Dennis, no age given, of Oran, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close, and John M. Kennedy, no age give, 3121 Mimosa Drive, was issued a summons for failure to obtain a Missouri operator's license.
* Domestic assault, assault and property damage were reported.
* Assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

* Car Mart, 1455 N. Kingshighway, reported burglary, damage to a door frame and theft of a radio, CD players, money and miscellaneous tools.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Theft of a wallet was reported at 216 S. Lorimier St.
* Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 St. Francis Drive, reported theft of medication.
* Theft of an animal was reported at South Pacific and Morgan Oak streets.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported alcohol stolen.
* Theft of a tablet computer and keys was reported at 2102 William St.
* Damage to front tires was reported at 1125 S. Ranney Ave.
* Damage to a vehicle door was reported at 616 S. Benton St.
* Damage to a window was reported at 1121 Good Hope St.
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* Robbery was reported.
* Rape was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* Child molestation/child abuse was reported.
