The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Betty Logan, 24, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Myra Fisbie, 44, 3439 William St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Brandon Joyce, 21, 777 N. Main St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Precious C. Hamilyton, no age given, 612 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* One adult and one juvenile were in custody pending formal charges of burglary.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Justin A. Stolle, no age given, 1710 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of intoxicants.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Thefts
