* Charles A. White, 52, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
* Alexis A. Wicks, 23, 317 Albert St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat belt violation.
* Carlys R. Ricketts, 27, 1328 Butler St., was arrested on suspicion of assault, endangering the welfare of a child, failure to drive on the right half of the road and no insurance.
* Christian E. Burton, 37, 919 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Brian Wayne Thomas, 35, 1122 Ranney Ave., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and domestic battery, and on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* James L. Fowler, 64, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Irma Ann Brown, no age given, of Perryville was issued a summons for improper lane change.
* Paul Lee Martin, 32, 325 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
* David L. Essner, no age given, of Kelso, Mo., was issued a summons for an improper turn.
* The Buckle, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.
* Theft of a credit card was reported at 733 Watkins Drive.
* Property damage and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
* Pyramid Home Health Services, 18 N. Main St., reported damage to a window pane.
* Property damage, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
* Damage to a window was reported at 139 N. Main St.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Dillon R. Farrar, 21, of Gordonville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing and arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
* Joseph W. Chaney, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Katreen M. Hollowell, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
* Arnold H. Vance Jr., 45, of Jackson was arrested on a suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
* John S. Reed, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Angela D. Solak, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
