The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Stephan D. Polk, 19, of Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of concealment of contraband.

* Cory L. Arnold, 33, 330 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and possession of a controlled substance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a drug paraphernalia.

* Steven R. Hanks, 19, 1831 James Court, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault, felonious restraint, misusing 911 and resisting arrest.

* Kevin K. Kimpel, 39, 905 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a warrant.

* Kevin Allen Jones, 28, of Morley, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summonses

* Ronnielle L. Rice, 29, 540 S. Frederick St., received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* A GPS unit, money and a wallet were reported stolen at 7 N. Benton St.

* A GPS unit and iPod were reported stolen at 1941 New Madrid St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
