The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 12-year-old girl and a 13-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* Shawn A. Hammock, 22, of Jackson was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for driving while suspended.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.

Summonses

* Darrell W. McIntyre Jr., no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a parked vehicle.

* Cody A. Meyer-Nichols, no age given, of Beaufort, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Edna J. Gates, 41, 805 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Samantha A. Mirly, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and damage to a door and frame were reported at 49 N. Park Ave.

* Burglary, damage to a door and theft of money were reported at 225 S. Lorimier St.

* Burglary and damage to a garage door window were reported at 1522 Vickie St.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Theft of a license decal was reported at 1126 N. Spanish St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Theft was reported.

* Theft of a debit card, money, identification and a AAA card was reported at 2402 Masters Drive.

Property damage

* Show-Me Car Wash, 1004 William St., reported property damage.

* AME Constructors, 365 Broadview St., reported property damage.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported at 225 S. Lorimier St.
