The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Kenneth L. Carter, 42, 724 Themis St., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and failure to dim headlights.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of false impersonation.
* Dayna Lea Pickell, 41, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. B-6, was arrested on a Phelps County, Mo., warrant for two counts of financial exploitation of an elderly/disabled person.
* Dario M. Lewis, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no proof of insurance, failure to appear for suspended operator's license and failure to appear for speeding.
* Kiethlan L. Carter, 39, of Harrisburg, Ill., was arrested on a Montgomery County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for traffic.
* My'quille J. Anderson, 19, 925 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on possession of marijuana.
* Danielle Kristin, 17, 246 D St., No. 92 and Jarrett C. Benton, 39, of Jackson were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.
* Donald H. Bitte, 59, 2025 Kenneth Drive, was issued a summons for failure to maintain a private property free of litter.
* Bailey L. Taylor, 24, 503 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for animal leash law required and animal city license required.
* Samantha D. Cruz-Marical, 27, 524 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for animal leash law required.
* Sandra A. Harris, no age given, 2810 Whitener St., was issued a summons for driving while suspended and following too close.
* Brittney M. Johnson, 26, 1511 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for throwing litter from a vehicle.
* James R. Robinson, 31, 806 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for assault.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Theft of a Nook was reported at 2008 N. Kingshighway.
* Theft, property damage and trespassing were reported.
* Cape Auto Sales, 1238 Meadowbrook Lane, reported a 2007 white Chevrolet van stolen.
* Damage to a rear passenger window was reported at Bloomfield Road and Hanover Street.
* Damage to windshield wipers was reported at Broadway and North Middle Street.
* Damage to a car window was reported at Normal Street and Sprigg Street.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Possession of marijuana was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* Forgery was reported.
