  • Kathy Loueira Hannah, 37, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 44, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license, striking a stopped vehicle and stealing.
  • Jalisa Shanta Johnson, 24, 660 S. Spring St., Apt. D., was arrested on a St. Charles, Missouri, warrant for forgery.
  • Tyler Edward Borgfield, 28, 1004 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for larceny and a felony probation violation.
  • Christopher Adam Walley, 34, of Jackson was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.
