CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Justin R. Cobb, 22, Malden, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Micheala Layne Bell, 18, 428 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• Kathy Loueira Hannah, 37, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 44, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license, striking a stopped vehicle and stealing.
• Jalisa Shanta Johnson, 24, 660 S. Spring St., Apt. D., was arrested on a St. Charles, Missouri, warrant for forgery.
• Tyler Edward Borgfield, 28, 1004 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for larceny and a felony probation violation.
• Christopher Adam Walley, 34, of Jackson was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.
• A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
• Stuart B. Ellis, 30, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a suspended license.
• Justin D. Marberry, 25. 1412 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for careless and imprudent driving and speeding and an Alexander County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for drug possession.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Brandon L.C. Baker, 20, 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft at Lowe's, 3440 Lowes Drive.
• Maishael A. Miles, 18, 38 N. Hanover St., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
• Lennie Dickerson Jr., 47, 1005 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
• Jennifer M. Sadler, 37, of Dexter, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation and stealing.
• Russell J. Morgan, 43, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey judge's orders.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of first-degree property damage at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

• Amy D. Obermann, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for no valid insurance.
• Benjamin R. Karr, 37, of Oran, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Bruce D. Vannoy, 68, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for peace disturbance at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

• Justin L. Bailey, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.
• Serenna M. Matthew-Faries, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

• Kirvy Holloway II, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Phelps County, Missouri, warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle.
