CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Kevin L. Cooper, 56, 412 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
- Shaquille D. Woods, 21, of Portageville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
- Angel S. Hernandez, 30, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper lane usage and no valid operator's license.
- Marcus A. Rice, 28, 2830 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of assault and stealing.
- Michael M. Stone, 52, 507 S. Hanover St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for two counts of failure to appear for suspended license, probation violation and failure to appear for no insurance.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.
- Charles D. Dobyns, 25, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of controlled substance at 3439 William St.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of controlled substance at 1701 Lacey St.
- Clarence J. Smith, 23, 724 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failing to yield, driving while revoked, and no license plate light.
- Latorya N. Mackins, 33, of Pulaski, Illinois, was arrested on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for stolen property, and arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.
- Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for assault at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
Summons
- Ann C. Bierman, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
Thefts
- Two televisions were reported stolen at 43 S. Lorimier St.
- Identity theft was reported.
- A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 1220 Normal Ave.
- Money was reported stolen at the Missouri Veterans Home, 2400 Veterans Memorial Drive.
