The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Garrett R. Luttrell, 24, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane of traffic, no proof of insurance and failure to wear a seat belt.

Arrests

* Myron D. Holman, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, and on two Sikeston warrants for contempt of court and possession of marijuana, and a Pemiscot County, Mo., warrant for a weapons offense.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges of resisting arrest and false declaration.

* John Wesley Dillard, 21, 1018 New Madrid St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Brenda J. Pender, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for improper lane change.

* Elizabeth L. Milam, no age given, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Nicole L. Parrish, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.

* Sandra K. Gibbons, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too close.

* Coty M. Gustavson, no age given, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Jermonte M. Lawrence, no age given, 1201 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for driving without a valid license and failure to yield.

* Michael G. Bollinger, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Kami E. Lynn, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Brandi J. Qualls, no age given, 531 Boxwood Drive, No. 4, was issued a summons for improper backing.

Burglary

* Burglary, damage to a door and the theft a Blu-ray Disc player and money were reported at 126 Sheridan Drive.
