The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- James S. Edwards, 47, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
Arrests
- Kristopher L. Blair, 27, 800 W. Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
- Sentrell U. Blackmon, 19, 930 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for resisting arrest and no operator's license.
- A 16-year-old boy was arrested on a warrant.
- Quentera M. Ruffins, 27, 763 West Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
- Jaurez F. Johnson, 24, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cook County warrant for probation violation for robbery and a Sikeston warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
- A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody for unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.
- A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on a warrant.
- Jason Aaron Ryan, 34, of Olive Branch, Illinois, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for child neglect.

- Billy G. Sisco, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too close.
- Joann Falcon, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
- Sandra M. Schmidt, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for an improper turn.
- Theresa A. Davey, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for running a red light.
