DWI

  • James S. Edwards, 47, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

  • Kristopher L. Blair, 27, 800 W. Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • Sentrell U. Blackmon, 19, 930 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for resisting arrest and no operator's license.
  • A 16-year-old boy was arrested on a warrant.
  • Quentera M. Ruffins, 27, 763 West Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
  • Jaurez F. Johnson, 24, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cook County warrant for probation violation for robbery and a Sikeston warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody for unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on a warrant.
  • Jason Aaron Ryan, 34, of Olive Branch, Illinois, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for child neglect.

  • Betty J. Page, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
  • Billy G. Sisco, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too close.
  • Joann Falcon, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
  • Sandra M. Schmidt, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for an improper turn.
  • Theresa A. Davey, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for running a red light.

  • Two firearms were reported stolen at 104 Vantage Drive.
  • A license plate was reported stolen at 406 Sheridan Drive.
  • A cellphone was reported stolen.
  • Identity theft was reported.
  • A wallet was reported stolen.
  • A red 2005 Nissan Sentra, Missouri license plate YH6-S3N, was reported stolen at 430 Sheridan Drive.

Burglary

  • A tool box and tools were reported stolen at 836 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

  • A windshield was reported broken at 226 N. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

  • Forgery, counterfeiting, and passing a bad check were reported.
